Cancellation Policy

In the event that a customer wishes to opt out of service for a project, they must send a request to contact@recilens.com. Any other form of contact such as phone calls or WhatsApp will not be taken into consideration. Our team will then thoroughly analyze your issues and concerns and guide you on further procedures.

Payment Refund Policy

RECILENS Corporation adheres to various refund policies for each of our different services. If a client requests to cancel a project, the acceptance of a refund cannot be fully ensured. We will carefully evaluate the various factors involved, such as the verification of the signed contract and email acceptance, before deciding whether to issue a refund.

Conditions for Refund

RECILENS Corporation reserves the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:

  • If the service has been fully provided and completed according to the terms outlined in the service level agreement.
  • If the client has changed their mind about the service after the work has started.
  • If the client has not made an effort to resolve any issues through the appropriate channels.
  • If the client has violated the terms and conditions outlined in the service level agreement.

Refund Scenarios

Reason for Cancellation Refund Policy Explanation
Work Order Cancellation (within 24 hours) 90% Refund A 10% deduction will be made to cover payment gateway and accounting costs.
Work Order Cancellation (within 2-3 days) 50% Refund As soon as we receive financial confirmation, resources are allocated, resulting in a 50% deduction.
Work Order Cancellation (after 3 days) No Refund No refund will be provided after the initial 3-day period.
Accidental Surplus Payment 100% of Excess The full surplus amount will be refunded, excluding any payment gateway costs.
Not Satisfied with Design No Refund We provide multiple design revisions to ensure satisfaction and will work to make necessary modifications.
Work Delay (Our Fault) Up to 50% If issues are caused by us, we will take corrective measures and may offer a partial refund.
Technical Glitches (Third-Party) No Refund We are not accountable for losses from hosting/domain issues caused by third-party vendors.
SEO Results Not Met No Refund If promised rankings are not obtained, we will continue our efforts for an additional 2 months at no extra cost.
