Founder with a validated idea and no engineering team
Paying pilot customers are waiting, and the prototype cannot isolate a second company's data without leaking it.
We build subscription products end to end: tenant isolation, sign-up, billing, roles, usage limits and the admin console your support team operates daily.
Three profiles. If none of them is recognisably you, this is probably the wrong page - and the line below is the one worth reading before you book anything.
Not a fit: Skip this if you have not interviewed 10 potential buyers yet, because we build products, not market research.
Paying pilot customers are waiting, and the prototype cannot isolate a second company's data without leaking it.
You have rebuilt the same reporting dashboard for 6 clients, and now want to sell it once as a subscription.
Your internal tool is good enough that customers ask to buy it, but it has no billing or tenancy separation.
Chosen per project, not per fashion. If your team already runs something else and it works, we use that.
We cut the idea to the smallest version a customer would pay for, then plan it feature by feature.
From you: Notes from real buyer conversations, and your pricing model even if it is still rough.
We set up accounts, tenant isolation, roles and sign-in first, because retrofitting them later means touching every query.
From you: A decision on who can invite users, and whether you need single sign-on at launch.
We build the features that make the product worth paying for, releasing to your staging environment every 2 weeks.
From you: 1 person who tests each release and answers product questions within 2 working days.
We connect subscriptions, trials, taxation and failed payments, then test awkward situations like mid-cycle upgrades and refunds.
From you: A live Stripe account, your plan structure, and tax details for the countries you sell in.
We deploy to production, activate error tracking and alerting, and stay on call through your first paying week.
From you: Your domain, DNS access, and someone who can approve the go-live window.
Scope and price agreed up front. Best when the outcome is known and the deadline is real.
A named team for a quarter or more. Best when the roadmap will change and you want the context kept.
Engineers inside your process and your tools. Best when you have the lead and need the hands.
Card, netbanking, wallet and UPI through Razorpay, which is what our checkout runs on, so anything it accepts we accept. Bank transfer, SEPA, Wise and Payoneer for invoices that prefer it.
NDA before the first call. Full IP assignment on delivery. Contracts under Indian, English or Delaware law.
Three are in legal review. We can walk you through the work on a call in the meantime, including the parts that did not go to plan.

You own it outright. The repository, the infrastructure accounts and the Stripe connection are registered in your name, and we work as collaborators inside them. There is no runtime fee, no white-label licence and no clause that ties hosting to us. Move the whole product to another team whenever you want.
Usually 4 to 6 months, and billing becomes operational before the feature set is finished. We sequence it deliberately: accounts, tenancy and payments first, product depth after. So you can run a paid pilot with a small group while the rest of the roadmap is still being built.
Stop after any cycle and keep everything already built, including the code and infrastructure. We work in 2-week increments, so the money at risk is always a single increment. If early registrations stall, we would rather help you change the product than keep building the original plan. Say so early and we replan.
Yes, and the build is set up for it. We use standard framework patterns rather than private tooling, keep installation to a documented script, and record architecture decisions as they happen. When your first hire arrives, we run a 2-day onboarding and remain reachable for questions afterwards.
We document it, estimate it in days, and you choose what it replaces. The plan is a queue, not a fixed contract line, so swapping a feature of similar size costs nothing. Adding to the total means extending the timeline, and we say so before anyone starts work.
Describe the idea and the buyers you have interviewed, and we will map a first version.
We reply within one working day, with a name and a next step.
