Stop redesigning your logo every 6 months

We build the name, logo, palette and voice rules for companies that need one brand across a product, a website and a sales deck.

What arrives
  • A logo set in SVG and PNG, with single-color and small-size versions
  • A color palette with hex, RGB and CMYK values, checked for AA contrast
  • Two typefaces with licence details and a type scale for web and print
  • A brand guide as a PDF, covering logo use, spacing, imagery and tone

Who this is for

Three profiles. If none of them is recognisably you, this is probably the wrong page - and the line below is the one worth reading before you book anything.

Not a fit: If you only need a logo file by Friday, look elsewhere, because our first week goes into audit and positioning before anything gets drawn.

One mark, one palette, one voice — applied the same way in the product, the site and the deck.

Founder of a 2-year-old SaaS with no design system

Their app, website and pitch deck each use different logos, and enterprise buyers now ask who they are.

Marketing lead at a manufacturer moving to direct sales

The old identity was drawn for a dealer catalogue and falls apart on a phone screen or a landing page.

Two founders merging two products under one company name

Both brands still run in parallel, customers get 2 different invoices, and the sales team cannot explain the relationship.

What you get

  • A brand guide as a PDF, covering logo use, spacing, imagery and tone

Chosen per project, not per fashion. If your team already runs something else and it works, we use that.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Audit

We collect every asset in use, list the contradictions, and interview 3 to 5 people inside and outside your team.

From you: Old files, access to your site, and 30 minutes each from 3 people we can interview.

    1 week
  2. 2

    Direction

We present 3 written directions with 1 visual sketch each, then you pick one and we drop the other 2.

From you: One decision-maker who can choose a direction and will not reopen it later.

    1-2 weeks
  3. 3

    Build

We draw the logo, set the palette and type scale, and test everything at favicon size and billboard size.

From you: Written feedback in one pass per round, gathered from everyone who gets a say.

    3-4 weeks
  4. 4

    Guide and handover

We write the brand guide, build the Figma library, and walk your team through applying it on a live page.

From you: A 90-minute session with the people who will use these files every week.

    1-2 weeks

How we work together

Fixed project

Scope and price agreed up front. Best when the outcome is known and the deadline is real.

Dedicated team

A named team for a quarter or more. Best when the roadmap will change and you want the context kept.

Staff augmentation

Engineers inside your process and your tools. Best when you have the lead and need the hands.

Three are in legal review. We can walk you through the work on a call in the meantime, including the parts that did not go to plan.

Questions we get asked

You do, in full, once the final invoice clears. We transfer the working files, the fonts we licensed in your name, and the trademark-ready vector artwork. We keep a copy for our portfolio only, and we ask before publishing anything. If you want the work kept private, say so and we will not show it.

Between 6 and 9 weeks for most companies, measured from the first audit call. The schedule slips for one reason: feedback arriving in pieces from people who were not in the kickoff. We set review dates up front and hold them. A logo-only engagement runs shorter, closer to 3 weeks.

You pick from 3 directions, so that rarely happens at the first review. If none of them land, we go back to the audit and produce a fresh set once, inside the original schedule. Past that, extra rounds are quoted as added scope before any work starts, never after.

Yes, as a separate web design or development engagement that starts after handover. Branding gives you the rules; a site build applies them to real pages, templates and a CMS. Some clients take the guide to their own team instead, which works fine when that team has front-end designers.

No, we do not file trademarks. We design the mark so it can be registered, run a basic search for obvious conflicts, and supply the vector artwork your lawyer needs. Filing in India, the EU or the US is handled by an IP attorney, and we can work alongside yours.
