Turn free signups into paying accounts each month

We market SaaS products: trial activation, onboarding emails, pricing pages and demand. Built for teams with a working product and flat monthly revenue.

What arrives
  • Positioning written down: who it serves, what it replaces, and why now
  • A rewritten homepage and pricing page, including the copy and layout
  • Lifecycle emails for trial, activation, upgrade and win-back, written and scheduled
  • Funnel tracking from signup to paid, with product events defined and named

Who this is for

Three profiles. If none of them is recognisably you, this is probably the wrong page - and the line below is the one worth reading before you book anything.

Not a fit: Not a fit if the product is still a prototype, because marketing a half-finished app destroys money and trust.

Three cohorts after signup. The flat line is the one worth copying.

Founder of a B2B SaaS with early paying customers

Signups keep arriving but few convert to paid, and nobody can identify which onboarding step loses them.

Head of growth at a Series A software company

Churn cancels out new revenue every quarter, and the board wants a number the team cannot explain.

The product works, but the website still sells consulting and nobody has written a pricing page yet.

What you get

  • Positioning written down: who it serves, what it replaces, and why now
  • A rewritten homepage and pricing page, including the copy and layout
  • Lifecycle emails for trial, activation, upgrade and win-back, written and scheduled
  • Funnel tracking from signup to paid, with product events defined and named
  • In-app onboarding messages and a first-run checklist reaching a real result
  • A monthly report on trials, activation rate, paid conversion and churn
  • A content plan covering the problems buyers search before signing up

Chosen per project, not per fashion. If your team already runs something else and it works, we use that.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Positioning

We interview 5 customers and review your sales recordings, then say plainly who the product serves.

From you: Intros to 5 customers, recent call recordings and your churn reasons if you track them.

    2 weeks
  2. 2

    Funnel map

We track signup, activation and upgrade events, then show where users abandon the product, with numbers.

From you: Roughly 2 days of engineering time, plus access to Stripe and your product analytics.

    2-3 weeks
  3. 3

    Site and pricing

We rewrite the homepage, pricing page and signup flow so the offer matches what customers already buy.

From you: A decision on plans and limits, plus design or CMS access so we can publish.

    3-4 weeks
  4. 4

    Lifecycle

We write and ship the trial, onboarding and win-back emails, then tie every message to a product event.

From you: Sending domain access, plus a product owner who can approve the in-app copy.

    2-3 weeks
  5. 5

    Grow and report

Each month we run activation and acquisition experiments, report the results and keep only whatever moved revenue.

From you: 1 hour a month with product and sales, plus permission to ship small copy changes.

How we work together

Fixed project

Scope and price agreed up front. Best when the outcome is known and the deadline is real.

Dedicated team

A named team for a quarter or more. Best when the roadmap will change and you want the context kept.

Staff augmentation

Engineers inside your process and your tools. Best when you have the lead and need the hands.

Questions we get asked

Yes, read access to analytics and billing, and that is the minimum. Without signup, activation and churn data we would be guessing which step needs fixing. We use a read-only role wherever your stack allows it, and we sign an NDA first.

This work starts inside the product itself, not at the advertisement. Digital marketing brings people to a website; SaaS marketing handles trials, activation, upgrades and churn, which live in your app and billing system. Teams frequently run both, sharing the same reporting.

We agree a target and a review date before starting, usually 90 days. If the numbers do not move, we show the test log, say what we got wrong and propose a different plan. Sometimes the answer is a product change, and we say so.

You own all of it, including the working files. Email sequences sit inside your own Customer.io or HubSpot account, the site copy lives in your CMS, and the event schema is documented in your repository. We hand over the source documents, never screenshots.

Yes, and that is the usual arrangement on this work. We write the tracking spec and the copy, your engineers merge the changes, and we test in staging together. Where engineering time is unavailable, our own developers do the work, because we build SaaS products too.
