Job Description:
Commission-based internship with real earning potential.

RECILENS is hiring Business Development Interns to work on client acquisition and sales.

Responsibilities include finding clients, pitching services, and supporting deal closures.

No fixed stipend. Earnings are based on successful conversions. Top performers may receive a full-time offer.

Selection Process:
• Online Test
• Practical Round
• HR Interview

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients through research and outreach
• Initiate communication with prospective clients
• Present company services clearly and professionally
• Generate and manage qualified leads
• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
• Assist in closing deals and onboarding clients
• Maintain follow-ups and client relationships
• Track and report progress of outreach and conversions

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in business development or sales
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to handle client interactions professionally
• Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts is a plus
• Open to students, freshers, and early professionals
