Apply to become a partner
Tell us what you sell and where your capacity runs out. We reply within five working days, either with a call or with an honest no.
What happens after you apply
Four steps, and you will know where you stand at each one. The whole process takes two to three weeks, and most of that is waiting for calendars rather than for decisions.
- 1
We read the application and reply within five working days, either way
- 2
A 30-minute call: what you sell, who your clients are, where the gaps are
- 3
Mutual NDA and the partnership agreement, usually within a week
- 4
A first small project, deliberately scoped low-risk, to test how we work together
What we look for
Not size. The best partners are often small agencies with strong client relationships and no engineering team. What matters is that you handle your own client relationship well and brief clearly.
- You own the client relationship and intend to keep it
- You can write a brief with real constraints, not just a wish list
- One person who can make decisions without a committee
- Work that overlaps with what we actually build
When we say no
We say no when the work is outside what we build well, when we already have a partner in the same narrow niche and region, or when the volume would not justify the setup for either side. We say it quickly and we say why.
What the application asks
Company and website, country, which partnership model interests you, the services you would want covered, an estimate of monthly volume, your current client base, and anything else worth knowing. None of it is binding and the volume estimate is understood to be a guess.
Questions we get asked
It helps, but no. If you are newly established and have work coming, say so in the application. What we need to understand is where the work will come from and who will manage the client, not how long you have been trading.
No. There is no joining fee, no annual fee and no minimum volume commitment. Tiers are earned on delivered work rather than bought, which is deliberate: a paid tier tells a client nothing about whether the partner can deliver.
Two to three weeks from application to signed agreement, then a first project as soon as you have one to brief. Several partners have run their first small project within a month of applying. The limiting factor is usually their own client timeline, not ours.
