Three ways to work with us

Agencies and consultancies work with us in three different ways. They suit different businesses, and the differences are worth reading before you pick one.

Comparing the three models

The question that separates them is whose name is on the work and who holds the client relationship. Referral keeps you out of delivery entirely. White-label keeps your name on everything. Technology partnership is a mutual relationship around a shared stack.

Two organisations keep their own shape and share a seam.
  • Referral: you introduce, we contract directly, you take a commission
  • White-label: you contract with your client, we deliver invisibly behind you
  • Technology: we build on your platform, you send work our way, neither resells the other

Which one fits

Most agencies arrive wanting white-label and some should be on referral instead. If you have no capacity to manage a delivery team, referral pays less but costs you nothing. If you have project management but no engineers, white-label is the right shape.

Partner tiers

Tiers exist to set response times and rates, not to create a badge. You move up on delivered volume over a rolling twelve months, and nobody is moved down without a conversation first.

  • Registered: any signed partner. Standard rates, five working day response
  • Active: three or more delivered projects. Preferential rates, two day response, a named contact
  • Strategic: sustained volume. Reserved capacity, one day response, joint planning each quarter

How onboarding runs

Five steps, and the whole thing usually takes two to three weeks from first call to first brief.

  1. 1

Introductory call: what you sell, who your clients are, where your capacity gaps are

  2. 2

Mutual NDA, signed before any client detail is discussed

  3. 3

Partnership agreement setting rates, terms, IP and confidentiality

  4. 4

A named contact assigned on our side, and a shared channel opened

  5. 5

A first scoped project, deliberately small, to test the working relationship

What we ask of partners

Very little formally, and two things in practice: brief us properly, and do not position us as staff you employ. Both protect the relationship with your client more than they protect us.

  • A written brief with the client's actual constraints, not just the wish list
  • One person on your side who can make decisions
  • Realistic dates communicated to your client, agreed with us first
  • Payment terms honoured, since we carry the delivery cost in the meantime

Who we work with

Technology vendors, delivery partners and the agencies who put their own name on work we build. Each one is a signed agreement, not a logo we liked.

The list is being confirmed

Several agreements are in place and we are checking with each partner before naming them here — a white-label partner in particular may not want to be listed at all. Ask on a call and we will tell you who we work with and what they do.

Questions we get asked

Yes, and several partners have. Referral is a reasonable way to test whether our work meets your standard before you put your own name on it. The agreement covers both models, so moving between them does not need a new contract, only a note of which applies to a given project.

Yes, and we keep them entirely separate. Different delivery teams, no shared channels, and no client detail crossing between engagements. We will tell you if we already work in your exact niche and region, so you can decide whether that matters to you. We will not tell you who they are.

They depend on the model and the tier, and they are set in the partnership agreement rather than published. White-label rates are lower than our direct rates, because you carry the client relationship and the account management. We share the rate card at the first call, before any NDA, so nobody spends time on a mismatch.

It depends on tier and current load, which is the honest answer. Registered partners should assume a few weeks of lead time. Active partners get two day responses on scoping. Strategic partners have capacity reserved in advance, which is the main reason the tier exists.
