Marketing lead on a bought theme buried under 30 plugins
Pages load slowly, updates break the layout, and every minor edit becomes another support ticket.
We develop custom WordPress themes, plugins and WooCommerce stores, then maintain them properly. For marketing teams tired of waiting on a developer for text changes.
Three profiles. If none of them is recognisably you, this is probably the wrong page - and the line below is the one worth reading before you book anything.
Not a fit: If you need a custom web application with user accounts and complicated business logic, WordPress is the wrong platform and we will say so.
Pages load slowly, updates break the layout, and every minor edit becomes another support ticket.
The developer stopped responding, the plugins are 2 years out of date, and the credentials are lost.
Editors fight the page builder, article layouts gradually diverge, and nobody trusts the staging copy.
Chosen per project, not per fashion. If your team already runs something else and it works, we use that.
We examine the site for slow queries, unused plugins, failed updates and anything the previous developer left behind.
From you: Hosting and WordPress administrator logins, plus the contact details for your domain registrar.
We agree the page types, map your content into them, and design reusable templates rather than individual pages.
From you: Final text and images for 3 key pages, and 1 person who can approve design.
We build the theme and the editor fields on staging, and you publish genuine pages in it before launch.
From you: Somebody from the content team to test the editor and report whatever feels wrong.
We take the site live with redirects in place, then monitor search console and speed scores for a week.
From you: A launch date, DNS access and a freeze on content edits for 2 days.
We update core and plugins on a schedule, testing on staging first, and send a short monthly report.
From you: A decision on who approves plugin changes and a contact we can call in emergencies.
Scope and price agreed up front. Best when the outcome is known and the deadline is real.
A named team for a quarter or more. Best when the roadmap will change and you want the context kept.
Engineers inside your process and your tools. Best when you have the lead and need the hands.
Card, netbanking, wallet and UPI through Razorpay, which is what our checkout runs on, so anything it accepts we accept. Bank transfer, SEPA, Wise and Payoneer for invoices that prefer it.
NDA before the first call. Full IP assignment on delivery. Contracts under Indian, English or Delaware law.
Three are in legal review. We can walk you through the work on a call in the meantime, including the parts that did not go to plan.

Yes, the site keeps working exactly as it did. It operates on your hosting, your domain and your WordPress installation, with no Recilens licence in the middle. Commercial plugins are purchased under your licence key, not ours. If maintenance ends, the site continues serving pages and you keep the update routine in writing.
That is the main thing the theme is designed for. Editors receive defined blocks and fields, so a page can be populated but not pulled apart. Colours, spacing and headings come from the theme rather than from each editor's choices. New writers usually manage their first page after a 30-minute walkthrough.
We test every update on staging first, so most breakage is caught before it reaches visitors. If something does break on the production site, we restore from the nightly backup and then repair the cause. You receive a written note on what happened and what we changed.
Usually yes, if the URLs and the content are handled properly. We map every previous URL to its replacement, keep the titles and text that already rank, and submit a fresh sitemap on launch. Rankings can wobble for 2 to 4 weeks after a rebuild, then settle. We monitor them and report each month.
Yes, and much of our WordPress work is exactly that. The audit comes first, because an inherited site can hide a compromised plugin, a hard-coded theme edit or a PHP version 3 releases behind. Afterwards we tell you whether repairing or rebuilding is the better investment.
Give us the address of your current site and we will return a short audit of what slows it down.
We reply within one working day, with a name and a next step.
