From vision to versioning

We build software that ships.

SaaS products, web and mobile applications, and the internal software companies run on. Working software on staging every two weeks, from the second week.

Scattered problem, one lens, a focused outcome

  1. 1

    Scattered

Work spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and a tool that nearly fits. Everyone knows where it hurts; nobody can point at one cause.

  2. 2

    Focused

We sit with the people doing the work and write down every rule that matters, including the ones nobody has said out loud.

  3. 3

    Resolved

One system, doing the thing the business actually does, with the process encoded rather than remembered.

What we build

Six practices, one delivery team. The same engineers who design the thing are the ones who run it in production, which is why the handover problem does not arise.

Editor to pipeline to artefact. Four gates, because four is what a real pipeline has.

SaaS products

Multi-tenant products with billing, roles and an admin console underneath them.

Web applications

Applications with real data, real permissions and an editor your team can use.

Mobile apps

Android and iOS, built once where that fits and natively where it does not.

Custom software

Internal tools for companies whose process no longer fits what they bought.

E-commerce

Stores where a standard platform stops short of what the business needs.

Games

Built in stages: prototype, vertical slice, production. Stop at any of them.

What we build it with

Chosen per project rather than per fashion. Where your team already runs something and it works, we use that.

Work like this

Case studies are being written up

Three are in legal review with the clients concerned. We can walk you through the work on a call in the meantime, including the parts that did not go to plan.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Two-week cycles

Working software on staging every fortnight, from the second week. A wrong direction costs two weeks, not six months.

    every 2 weeks
  2. 2

    Overlapping hours

Four hours with US Eastern in your morning, most of the afternoon for Europe, the full day for India.

    daily
  3. 3

    Decisions in writing

Anything agreed on a call is written up the same day. Across a timezone gap, memory diverges.

    same day
  4. 4

    Secure by default

No secrets in source, dependencies scanned in the pipeline, least-privilege access and review on everything. Included, not an upsell.

    throughout
  5. 5

    You own it

Code in your repository, infrastructure in your accounts, documentation written as we go. No licence, no exit fee.

    at handover

We work with clients anywhere

Delivery runs from Tamil Nadu and the work goes wherever the client is. Timezone is the first question most overseas clients ask, so it is answered here rather than buried in a contact page.

  • Anywhere We take work from any country
  • Delivered Where we have shipped or hold a contract
  • Overlap band Working hours we commit to in writing

Every point on this map routes back to the delivery team in India, and there is no country we will not quote for. The four ringed points are the timezone bands we guarantee in writing, not a list of where we work: a project in Nairobi, Sao Paulo or Warsaw is handled the same way, invoiced in the currency you ask for, under Indian, English or Delaware law.

We would rather arrange a reference call

A public review is a star rating. For any engagement of real size we will also put you on a call with a client whose project resembles yours, including one that had a genuine problem.

How references work

How we work together

Fixed project

Scope and price agreed up front. Best when the outcome is known and the deadline is real.

Dedicated team

A named team for a quarter or more. Best when the roadmap will change and you want the context kept.

Staff augmentation

Engineers inside your process and your tools. Best when you have the lead and need the hands.

Why we work this way

We kept meeting companies who had paid for software twice: once for something that did not work, and again to replace it.

The pattern was always the same — a fixed price against a thin specification, four quiet months, and a delivery that matched the document but not the business. Working software on staging every fortnight is the fix, and everything else about how we run follows from it: the two-week demo, the named engineer, the written report, and a price that does not move because the specification was thin.
